"The inspiration for the firm comes from two equally important angles: the need for young people to be ready for the challenges of tomorrow and the need for organizations to be ready to provide space for that growth."
As the world becomes increasingly difficult to keep up with, organizational leaders are finding it challenging to attract and tap into the full potential of their young talent. This disconnect is unfortunate for everyone involved and requires a conscious effort to communicate across interests to build the social infrastructure for change.
Moving through work, student-development programs, talking with senior leaders, and watching the pandemic-evolution of human resources inspired idia to become a clear, empathetic, youth-driven voice to help organizations navigate the confusion. With the government of Canada constantly implementing youth-centered employment grants and incentives to train more young people, creating opportunities for them to thrive in the workplace is essential to capitalizing off of those investments.
